Weeding
Without consistent upkeep, it doesn’t take long for a beautiful garden to get overgrown with weeds. With meticulous attention to detail and high efficiency standards we’ll clean up your gardens to their former beauty in no time! Offering one-time and bi-weekly weeding visits.

Deadheading
We’ll optimize the health and encourage more blooms in your gardens with frequent deadheading of spent flowers on rose shrubs and perennials.

Driveways & Patios
Our homemade, natural weed killer stops weeds in their tracks. A mix made primarily of vinegar burns weeds that creep into cracks of driveways, patios, and rock gardens. The best part – it’s non-toxic and environmentally friendly!

Flowerpot Arrangements
Enjoy vibrant displays year-round! We’ll refresh your flowerpots seasonally with beautiful blooms for spring, summer, fall, and winter, and provide weekly or bi-weekly maintenance to keep them looking their best.

Fine Pruning
Proper pruning enhances the health, shape, and vigor of your plants, preventing disease and encouraging abundant blooms. Massachusetts gardens typically feature a variety of shrubs and small trees, including spring-blooming varieties (azaleas, dogwood, forsythia) and summer-blooming varieties (hydrangeas, roses). These plants require specific pruning times based on their flowering cycle. Avoid indiscriminate trimming by landscapers. Let us prune your plants correctly, preserving their beauty and promoting optimal growth.

Vegetable Gardens
At Tidy Gardens, we believe in fostering sustainable and resilient communities. We bring this vision to life by helping you grow your own food right in your backyard. From seed to harvest, we’ll guide you through the process of cultivating fresh, organic vegetables, bringing your food sources closer to home.

Pest & Disease Management
We can effectively address isolated pest or disease issues affecting your prized perennials, roses, or vegetables. Our approach prioritizes sustainable solutions, utilizing biological controls whenever possible and employing organic and natural additives as needed.

Bulb & Tuber Plantings
Looking to add some additional flowers to your landscape?
- For early spring color: Plant daffodils, tulips, and crocus. Daffodils are long-lasting and will naturalize (reproduce) over time, while tulips will need to be replanted each fall.
- For lush summer blooms: Choose dahlias, lilies, and canna lilies. Remember that dahlias are not winter-hardy and need to be planted each spring and dug up again in the fall. But so worth it! (Thomas Edison Dahlia pictured)
